What's different and distinctive about myself includes my background and my drive. I'm Ecuadorian which has had a big influence on my upbringing, and I am extremely ambitious. I have been on the Deans List every semester I have been a student in university. I have also managed to secure 3 different internship positions in under a year. This doesn't include 2 leadership positions I've secure in 2 separate clubs, as well as my admittance into the dual degree program which I am pursuing to get my Masters in Communication and Media. Being able to juggle all of this during COVID-19 is something that I am very proud of, and confident that this sets me aside from others.
I am most proud of my perseverance. As I'm sure it did for many, COVID-19 took a huge toll on my mental health, and still does. Being able to remain a successful student, and even kick start my career during a global pandemic where my anxiety was at its peak is something I am
very proud of. I am grateful as well for my support system, which helped me attain the goals that I set for myself. I'm confident that I will continue to succeed as long as I put my mind to it, which is something I've proven to myself in recent years.
I'd like to be known as a kind and respected individual. I'd like to be recognized as a successful individual who is skilled in my career path. I would like to be known as someone who is able to make people laugh, and someone who is bubbly and easy to be around. That's quite a long list, but I would like to be well known for all of those aspects. I can't pick just one because I think it's multiple characteristics that makes an individual compelling and well known.
